Rosanna Mangini is the founder of Leadership & Etiquette Dynamics.  She is a certified etiquette and protocol consultant offering seminars, interactive classes, briefings, and private instruction in business and social etiquette, dining skills and international protocol.

She was trained and certified by The Protocol School of Washington, the leader in business etiquette and international protocol.  Ms. Mangini is also an expert  in children’s etiquette having been trained and certified at the Etiquette and Leadership Institute in Athens, GA, the industry leader in children’s etiquette and leadership.

Ms. Mangini’s other credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Goldey Beacom College and a Master of Business Administration from Wesley College.  She is a member of the adjunct faculty at Delaware Technical & Community College in the department of Business Administration and an instructor for the Delaware Money School. 

Ms. Mangini is an active member of the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD), the premier association of workplace learning and performance.  She is also a member of Wilmington Women in Business (WWB) and the Business Women’s Network (BWN).

Prior to starting her company, Ms. Mangini spent over twenty-five years in accounting and business management.  As an experienced business manager, she understands what it takes to succeed in the global business arena.

Ms. Mangini’s combined experiences make her the etiquette expert of choice to companies, organizations, and individuals seeking comprehensive training and consulting in business and social etiquette protocol.  Her unique and professionally designed training programs provide her clients with practical solutions and essential skills, which enhance awareness and provide a comfort level in a multitude of corporate and social situations.

Ms. Mangini is dedicated to promoting courtesy, professionalism, respect and integrity by helping others develop and enhance their personal brand, communication and presentation skills and professional image.
